PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enhance the lasting properties of drip preventing properties in an agricultural synthetic resin film. SOLUTION: An agricultural synthetic resin film wherein the single surface of a synthetic resin base film is coated with coating containing a water absorbable resin is developed under tension so that the surface coated with the coating containing the water absorbing resin becomes the inner surface side of agricultural facilities such as an agricultural greenhouse. The water absorbing resin is a crosslinked polyalkylene oxide type water absorbing resin.
