PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a work from falling at the time of horizontal coating or baking of the work. SOLUTION: A work holding member 6 is fitted to a rotating shaft 5 which is, rotatably around the horizontal axis line, supported above a supporting base 3. A handle 9 for turning, tilting, and upsetting the holding member 6 is connected to the rotating shaft 5. On the rotating shaft 5, a stopper member 7 is provided for preventing the work from falling by making the stopper abut on a part of the work when the holding member 6 is turned, tilted, and upset.
