PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce loss from the viewpoint of the energy saving compared with the conventional one and to reduce the operation loss in a manufacturing process in adjusting the timing of stopping and lifting of a pallet. SOLUTION: A pallet 1 moving in an arrow Y30 direction on a conveyer is stopped and lifted in an arrow Y31 direction by two drive sources conventionally, however this device enables it by one drive source, or a motor 26, the rotation of the motor 26 can move a plate 2 vertically in the arrow Y31 direction via a cam 25 and a bracket 24, a stopper shaft 3 stops the pallet 1, the plate 2 lifts and stops it, and the one-point adjustment by the cam 25 adjusts each timing of stopping by the stopper shaft 3 and lifting/stopping by the plate 2.
