摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the separation efficiency between hydrophilic particles and hydrophobic particles in the case of separating the hydrophilic particles and the hydrophobic particles, by dispersing bubbles in an aq. suspension liquid of a particle mixture to make a bubble layer where the hydrophobic particles are deposited formed in the water surface part and to make a hydrophilic particle layer where the hydrophilic particles are accumulated formed in the water surface part. SOLUTION: When a feed in which air bubbles are present in an aq. suspension liquid of a particle mixture consisting of hydrophilic particles and hydrophobic particles is supplied from a feed supply port 2 to a separation task 1, the hydrophobic particles adsorb to the bubbles present in the water and float on the water face, while the hydrophilic particles float by the buoyancy to the water surface part. Namely, in the separation tank 1, the hydrophobic particles deposit to the bubbles and float with the bubbles on the water face to form a bubble layer F on the water face. On the other hand, the hydrophilic particles accumulate in the water a little lower than the bubble layer F to form a hydrophilic particle layer W. Then, the bubble layer F is carried in the opposite direction to the water flow by a blower 5 or the like and discharged from a bubble discharging port 4, while the hydrophilic particle layer W is discharged with water from a water discharging port 3.
