The step A can house an article in the inside from the opening part of the bottom face, and the effective utilization of the inside space can be contrived. Step faces 11, 11 provided on the uppermost and a tread 1 in the cap A are decorated with non-slip, it is made difficult to slip, and preferably external appearance is made good.
