<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a laying method for pipes through which excavation and drawing of supply pies are continuously carried out to reduce the working man-days and the construction time. SOLUTION: An excavating means 2 is thrusted from the ground to the underground and a PE pipe corresponding to a new pipe is inserted in a propulsion hole formed by the excavating means 2, in this laying method for pipes. One end of the supply pipe 5 as a newly laying object is unified with an excavating and propelling device 1 integrally formed with an extensible cylinder 3 equipped with the excavating means 3 at the front end and formed of a self- mobile traveling body 4. The ground is excavated by the excavating means 2 when stretching a cylinder 3 and the traveling body 4 is advanced toward the excavating means 2 when contracting the cylinder 3 to pull the supply pipe 5 integrally connected thereto.</p> |
