PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain, using compact apparatuses, granules containing fat-and-oil in high concentrations, excellent in dissolvability and causing no blocking by adding fat-and-oil to a powder stock such as for food using an agitation granulator to conduct a primary granulation, followed by spraying the resultant granules with water or the like using a fluidized bed granulator to effect surface modification of the granules. SOLUTION: The objective granules are obtained by the following process: fat-and-oil is added to a powder stock such as for food or feed using an agitation granulator 1 to conduct a primary granulation, and the resulting granules are then sprayed with pref. fat-and-oil followed by water or hot water using a fluidized bed granulator 2 to effect surface modification of the granules, wherein it is preferable that the fat-and-oil spraying operation using the fluidized bed granulator is conducted under feeding of cooling air, while the (hot) water spraying is performed under feeding hot air. |
