PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable an electromagnetic shield construction work depressing the construction period and cost by providing a conductor layer made of a metallic sheet and forming an electromagnetic shield layer provided with interior finish wall paper having vinylchloride protection layers at the front and rear faces. SOLUTION: In this conductive wall paper 1, a conductor layer 2 is formed of a metallic sheet such as aluminum, and a protection layer 5 such as vinylchloride or the like is formed at the front and rear faces. A sheet of wall paper 1 is stuck on a substrate 4 such as a board with an adhesive layer 3 to form the conductor layer 2 of the wall paper 1 as a shield layer. The protection layer 5 can be provided at only one side, and it can be replaced or stuck on an existing wall paper. A required shield capacity can be obtained by changing the thickness or the quality of the metallic sheet. In this way, an interior finish work based on usual processes can be carried out and the shield layer can be formed without increase of the processes. Accordingly, an electromagnetic shield work can be realized while depressing the processes and construction period and cost of the interior finish work.
