PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To surely drain condensed water into a sewer pipe and to make manufacturing cost inexpensive in a kitchen waste treating machine. SOLUTION: Water content in garbage is evaporated by heating the garbage of wet refuse A in a heating room 13 and gas is returned to the heating room 13 by generating flow in a flow path by a fan 42 for circulation provided in a return pipe 39 going out from the heating room 13 and returning to the heating room 13. In addition, a fan 41 for cooling linked with the fan 42 for circulation cools a fan case 45 with air and gas contg. steam generated from the garbage is cooled in the fan case 45 and condensed water is drained into a sewer pipe 1 through a drain part 30 branched from the return pipe 39 on the downstream of the fan 42 for circulation.
