PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To spray a powdery chemical directly and surely to places, where insects tend to pass through, in a fixed quantity without scattering the powdery chemical from the air, in a tool for spaying the powdery chemical (insecticide) to the places, where the insects or the like pass through. SOLUTION: An opening having a size to include a roller 2 is provided at the lower end of a vessel housing the chemical, and the roller 2 is rotatably supported by a horizontal shaft 8 in a state that the lower end of the roller 2 included in the opening is exposed. The outer periphery of the roller 2 is made of a felt like material 2f. And, a felt like material 9a is attached to the inner surface wall of the vessel at least at the outer peripheral position of the downward rotating side of the roller so as to be in slightly contact or not contact with the outer peripheral surface of the roller.
