<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a small deformation and stable quality by inserting a round bar-like male mold in which a lead wire covered with a thermoplastic resin layer is spirally wound on its periphery into a divisible and closable female mold, and forcibly closing a gate of the male mold during dwelling after completion of charging a thermoplastic resin in a mold cavity. SOLUTION: A round bar-like male mold 3 in which a lead wire 1 covered with a thermoplastic resin layer is spirally wound on its periphery and connected at both ends to terminal pins 2 is inserted into a divisible and closable female mold 4. Then, a gate sealing pin 6 is retracted, a gate 41 of the mold 4 is opened, and thermoplastic resin 7 is charged from an injection molding machine. The pin 6 of the mold 4 is advanced during dwelling after completion of charging the resin 7, a gate is forcibly closed, and the resin is cooled in the mold, thereby obtaining two molded electric fusion bonded joints 8 at once. Thus, a drop in an internal pressure is smooth, and the joint 8 having a small deformation such as a shrink or the like and stable quality can be obtained.</p> |
