PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a bathroom heating/drying machine with less noise capable of blow-off in four directions. SOLUTION: This machine is provided with a heat exchanger 138 disposed along the inner side wall of a body case 132 for heat-exchanging hot water from a heat source machine and air, a blower 139 for circulation for circulating the air of a bathroom or a dressing room through the heat exchanger 138 and blowing it off from first-forth blow-off ports 240-243 provided near four sides a buffer space formed by the inner wall of the body case 132 and the heat exchanger 138 and a heating chamber cover 126 for covering at least the buffer space and provided with a shunt rib 171 for smoothly shunting the hot air from the heat exchanger 138 on the corner surface of the buffer space.
