PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily attach/detach a winding body and prevent deformation or damage of the bottom surface of the winding body, by providing a frame, a pair of holding tools that are oscillatingly provided for this and inserted into hollow cores, and a stopper for locking downward oscillation of the holding tools. SOLUTION: A pair of holding tools 12 engage with stoppers 13 of frames 11. A winding body 20 is lifted upward from lower part in relation to the holding tools 12. Then, the holding tools 12 are oscillated upward. In a step that the holding tools 12 have gone into cores 21 of the winding body 20, the winding body 20 is lifted down. At this time, the holding tools 12 oscillate downward, abut to the stoppers 13, and are locked. Thus, by inserting the holding tools 12 into the cores 21, the winding body 20 can be mounted to a holding device 10. For removing the winding body 20 from the holding device 10, the winding body 20 is lifted upward to oscillate the holding tools 12 upward by the winding body 20. Then the winding body 20 can be easily removed from the holding tools 12.
