PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce noises generated caused by the engagement of gears with each other without decreasing a paper conveying speed. SOLUTION: A switching gear 65 which engages with a paper feeding driving motor gear 61 fixed on the driving motor shaft 53a of a driving motor 53 and the fifth gear which engages with a paper delivery driving motor gear fixed to the driving motor shaft 53a are formed out of heat resisting and waterproof polyurethane. It is thus possible to significantly reduce frictional noise caused by the gears engaging with each other and rattle caused by gear tips hitting each other.
