PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To send information surely to relief facilities after the occurrence of trouble. SOLUTION: When a trouble is detected by a trouble detection sensor 10, Mayday ECU 30 informs relief facilities of the trouble by using a wireless appratus 28. Thereafter, it is judged whether an occupant stays in the car or the outside of the car based on the detection signal from a seat belt switch 12, sitting sensor 14 and door open/close switch 16 and when the staying in the outside of the car is judged, the occupant is called out by using a calling part 32 and can respond to the calling from the relief facilities.
