PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enhance the ridability of a motorcycle, and also to enhance the enginecooling performance and maintainability thereof. SOLUTION: In this motorcycle 1 provided with a head pipe 3 for turnably supporting a steering shaft 2, a pair of right and left main frames 4 extending obliquely downwards and rearwards from the head pipe 3, rear-arm brackets 5 connected to the rear ends of the pair of right and left main frames 4, a pair of right and left seat rails 6 connected to the rear sides of the pair of right and left main frames 4 and extending obliquely upwards and rearwards, and a seat 80 provided above the seat rails 6, and formed with a foot-passing space between the head pipe 3 and the seat 80; the front parts 4a of the pair of right and left main frames 3 are bent inwards seeing from the plan view and are connected to the head pipe 3, and the intermediate parts 4b are nearly parallel to each other, and the rear end parts 4c thereof are bent outwards from the neighborhood of the front lower part of the seat 80 and are connected to the rear-arm brackets 5, and the width of the rear parts 4c are wider than that of the intermediate parts 4b.
