PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cutting oil deterioration suppressing system capable of suppressing the deterioration of cutting oil used for a machine, reducing the quantity of new oil added following the deterioration, prolonging the life of new replacement, removing dioxin generated therefrom or other toxic materials added and mixed to prevent the decay of the cutting oil, and reducing the volume of industrial wastes shipped out of a plant at the time of cutting oil replacing. SOLUTION: A cutting oil deterioration suppressing system is provided with a flying oil recovery tank 1, an ionizing tank 2, a separating tank 3 and a biomass tank 4, and the flying oil recovery tank 1 and the ionizing tank 2 are provided with rotary plate 5 and a guiding groove 8. An electrode 6 is provided in the ionizing tank 2 to supply AC and DC currents. Also, the separating tank 3 is provided with a photodetecting sensor 7.
