PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a decorative paper laminated metal panel excellent in scratch resistance. SOLUTION: In a decorative paper laminated metal plate wherein decorative paper is laminated to at least the single surface of a metal panel, when a pencil scratch value test prescribed in JIS K-5400 is applied to the surface of the decorative paper thereof, both of a pencil scratch value obtained by moving a pencil in a certain direction (A-direction) and a pencil scratch value obtained by moving the pencil in the direction (B-direction) crossing the certain direction at a right angle are 2H or more.
