PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve adhesiveness and design properties by forming a design layer simultaneously transferring the layer at the time of coating and curing a polyester resin in the case of sequentially laminating an adhesive layer, a decorative sheet layer, a polyester resin layer, a design pattern layer, a transpar ent resin layer and a top coating layer on an upper surface of a base material. SOLUTION: The polyester decorative plate 1 is constituted by simultaneously providing a design pattern layer 6 and a transparent resin layer 7 by transfer via a polyester resin layer 5 made of an unsaturated polyester resin on a surface of a decorative sheet layer 4 laminated on an upper surface of a base material 2 for the decorative plate and further forming a top coating layer 8 made of an unsaturated polyester resin on its upper surface. The layers 6 and 7 are formed by transfer simultaneously coating and curing the unsaturated resin, and hence formation of the layer 7 is conducted simultaneously upon formation of the layer 6. Thus, a producing step can be simplified, and adhesive properties between the pattern layer and the coating layer can be stabilized.
