PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make sanitarily usable sanitary panties with good touch regardless of day and night by forming the main body of sanitary panties of paper, thickening an inside leg part and an inside leg rear part compared with the inside leg front part and increasing the thickness of both sides of the inner surface of the inside leg part so as to improve the absorbing power. SOLUTION: The main body of the sanitary panties 1 is made of paper and the thickness of the inner surface of the inside leg part 2 and an inside leg rear part 3 are formed to be larger than that of the inside leg front part 4 in the range of about 3 to 5 mm. In addition both sides 5 of the inner surface of the part 2 are formed to be thick. A napkin on the market is mounted with an adhesive seal as a sanitary napkin 6. An elastic cord 7 to fix it to a body is provided for it. Thus, leakage to a side is prevented even though the quantity of menstrual blood is much at the part 2 and the part 3.
