PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an ENHISHIN (a needle used in acupuncture) which enables accurate treatment by more surely fixing a needle body and an adhesive tape with resin material and a manufacturing method therefor. SOLUTION: The ENHISHIN 11 is formed by an adhesive tape 12, a released paper 13, a needle body 14, and resin material 15. The adhesive tape 12 has a hole 12a in the central part, and one surface formed as an adhesive surface. The released paper 13 also has a hole 13a in the central part, and is stuck to the adhesive surface side of the adhesive tape 12. The needle body 14 is bent like an L-shape, and the tip 14a thereof is passed through the holes 12a, 13a of the adhesive tape 12 and the released paper 13 and projected, the base end side 14b being disposed on the non-adhesive surface side of the adhesive tape 12 substantially in parallel. Further, the resin material 15 is injection- molded on the non-adhesive surface side of the adhesive tape 12 and fixed to wrap the base end side 14b of the needle body.
