PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a soundproof structure body excellent in walking feeling and soundproof effect without impairing adhesiveness to a floor finish material and a concrete skab. SOLUTION: This floor substrate material comprises a foaming body formed of a resin composition containing 0-60 pts.wt. of inorganic filler having means grain diameter 3-60μm and 90-40 pts.wt. of a low density polyethylene resin and/or ethylene vinyl acetate copolymer resin. In this case, a hard plate 2 is laminated on a floor substrate material 3 having a recessed part and/or a projected part on its surface.
