PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make it possible to repetitively execute plural treatments, such as excision and recovery of polyp, plural times without removing a treatment implement from an endoscope. SOLUTION: Openings 4A, 4B communicating with the inside of a flexible sheath 1 inserted and removed into and from the treatment implement insertion channel of the endoscope are formed respectively at the front end of the flexible sheath 1 and the neighbourhood of the front end. Plural manipulation wires 3A, 3B connected with treatment members 5A, 5B at the front ends are respectively independently and freely axially advanceably and retreatably inserted and arranged into the flexible sheath 1. One 5A of the plural front end treatment members 5A, 5B is arranged at the flexible sheath 1 so as to freely movably into and out of the opening 4A at its front end and the other end front end treatment member 5B is so arranged as to be freely movable into and out of the opening 4B near the front end. |
