PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a light weight and a high rigidity and widen a range within which this matallic honeycomb panel can be installed, in such a position as durability is required by fitting the matallic honeycomb panel tabularly formed, in a bent or tortioned state in an execution site. SOLUTION: A metallic honeycomb panel A is forcibly sucked by a number of suckers 7A,... provided at the lower end of a lifting frame 7 and hoisted to be transferred to a specified position. The honeycomb panel A is lowered so that one end of the panel is positioned at one end of a fastener 2 as a fitting member which is provided on the upper part of a girder 1 of a structure and fixed there. The front end of a wire 9 provided with a pulling block 8 at the lower side is fitted to the other end of the honeycomb panel A, in order to arrange the panel A in a curved state. The other end of the panel A which one's hand can not reach from a fixed scaffold 10 is easily made bendable to the fastener 2 side through the wire 9. The wire 9 is removed after the fitting work.
