PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cut-off method for a P concrete track hole capable of surely executing cut-off of a P concrete track hole with a very simple method for a long period of time, at the same time, greatly promoting work efficiency and curtailing a construction period as well as the reduction of a construction cost. SOLUTION: A liquid plastic adhesive 12 reacting to water to harden into a rubber elastic body is poured to the inside of a soft plastic cut-off cover 8 monolithically forming a collar section 11 formed in the shape of a sucker on the circumferential edge of an opening section of an cylinder body 9 having one end to be opened, the cut-off cover 8 covers the end of a bolt 4 projected inside a P concrete tack hole to bind the collar section 11 to a concrete 6 on the circumferential edge of the bolt 4. The plastic adhesive 12 is solidified to cut off, and then, mortar 3 is embedded into the P concrete track hole 2 to smooth the surface of a concrete wall 1.
