PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To control the temperature of wash water so as to obtain desired feeling temperature. SOLUTION: In a sanitary washing device, an instantaneous type heat exchanger 40 is provided in a passage extended into a position where wash water supplied from the outside is jetted from a nozzle 70. Eight kinds of parameters of room temperature, humidity, wash water quantity, washing range, nozzle angle, bubble intermixed ratio, bubble diameter and user's body temperature contributing to the feeling temperature of wash water are inputted. Deviation from the specified reference value is obtained on each of these parameters, and a temperature correction factor required to keep the feeling temperature constant is set according to the deviation. The correction factor is set referring to a table stored with the relation between deviation and correction factors. Wash water of temperature reflecting this correction factor is jetted to maintain the feeling temperature of wash water almost constant even if the parameters fluctuate.
