PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To greatly improve the construction period and cost by excavating ground and installing foundation for a column and fixedly installing the column with footing beam joints and connecting the footing beams to the joints and placing ready-mixed concrete. SOLUTION: Ground is excavated and a support foundation 2 is installed, then, a column 3 provided with footing beam joints is fixedly installed on the support foundation 2. Then, footing beams 5 are connected to the footing beam joints 4 and ready-mixed concrete 6 is placed. In this way, the column 3 is directly fixed to the support foundation 2 and the footing beams 5 are fixed by joints 4 and concrete is placed in the joint parts, to greatly improve the construction period and cost by the construction method.
