PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the deterioration of the combustion state of an internal combustion engine by switching the operation of the internal combustion engine to stratified combustion operation when the torque-down request of the internal combustion engine occurs. SOLUTION: Wheel speed sensors 15a, 15b, 16a, 16b and a steering angle sensor 11 are connected to a behavior control ECU 18 through electric wirings. The behavior control ECU 18 controls a hydraulic control device 17 so as to apply an oil pressure to braking devices 13a, 13b, 14a, 14b for front and rear wheels 6a, 6b, 7a, 7b to be braked and transmits the torque upper limit value of an internal combustion engine 1 as a target torque value to an engine ECU 20. When a torque-down request flag is ON by the behavior control ECU 18, the engine ECU 20 immediately switches the combustion form of the internal combustion engine 1 to stratified combustion.
