PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To effectively wash a dialyser without deposit of bringing about sedimentation, any increase in harmful matters and a bad influence upon the environment by adding hydrogen peroxide to a peracetic acid germicidal stock solution containing hydrogen peroxide, peracetic acid and acetic acid of a specific concentration, and diluting the stock solution at a high magnification to attain a concentration effective for disinfection and bactericidal. SOLUTION: Hydorgen peroxide is added to an sterilization agent stock solution containing 5-18% of hydrogen peroxide, 3-14% peracetic acid and 20-55% of acetic acid, and diluted by water. The obtained aqueous solution containing 0.1-1.1% of hydrogen peroxide, 0.001-0.05% of paracetic acid and 0.007-0.3% of acetic acid is used as a detergent. At this time, according to the contamination status of the dialyser, the concentration of hydrogen peroxide is changed. When adhesion of an organic material is eliminated, an aqueous solution obtained by diluting sterilization agent stock solution by water may be used as a detergent without adding hydrogen peroxide. A stabilizer such as phosphoric acid or the like may be contained. The hydrogen peroxide can be quickly decomposed by contact with the glucose in the dialysis solution and electrolyte so that there is no possibility that hydrogen perioxide remains in the dialyser.
