PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mounting plate greatly improving an immunity index of heated food in a microwave oven by molding a raw material argil consisting of a mixture of achroite (tourmaline) powder and clay for reduction mixed together at a specific rate into a pan shape and burning it in a reduced condition at a specific temperature. SOLUTION: In manufacture of a heated object mounting plate for a microwave oven, tourmaline powder is prepared by grinding raw mineral stone of tourmaline, and then, a raw material argil is prepared by mixing 20-50 wt.% of the tourmaline powder with 50-80 wt.% of clay for reduction. The material argil is molded into a pan shape by using a plaster mold or a metal die. Then, it is burnt in a reduced condition at a burning temperature of 1100-1300 deg.C, and consequently, a product is provided. When microwaves are radiated in a microwave oven, tourmaline crystals in the mounting plate are stimulated, and strong minus ions are emitted from the crystals so as to be supplied into food on the plate. In this way, the food is transformed into healthy food carrying minus ions profitable to a human body.
