PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve work efficiency by equalizing a curvature radius of a rail longitudinal side surface of a stopper pin to a rail-longitudinal curvature radius of a stopper hole. SOLUTION: A stopper hole 22 of a rail is an ellipse that is long longitudinally to rail. A stopper pin 11 is formed by chamfering in parallel rail- orthogonal surfaces facing each other of a cylindrical pin, its rail-longitudinal side surfaces are remained cylindrical surfaces, its curvature radius is equal to a rail-longitudinal curvature radius of the stopper hole 22, and rail-orthogonal side surfaces have a size absorbing straight line tolerance of the rail, and are narrower than the width of the ellipse of the stopper hole 22. Therefore, during horizontal pulling, application of a hydraulic jack presses one end of the stopper hole 22 onto the stopper pin 11, but contact of the both on the entire large cylindrical surface mitigates stress not to generate deformation or damage. Since orthogonal surfaces are narrower than the width of the stopper hole 22, falling-in and drawing-out of the stopper pin 11 are facilitated.
