PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an insert holder enabling improvement of the operability of fitting an insert to a frame and removing it therefrom. SOLUTION: An insert holder is formed of a material which can be broken at a prescribed position thereof by the relative movement of a frame and a concrete molded article 31 and also it has a disk-shaped flange part 2 and an insert fitting part 4 and a fixing nut fitting part 6 shaped like columns and projected integrally from the opposite lateral sides of the flange part. An insert contact surface 2a with which the opening-side end face of an insert 10 is brought into contact is formed on the lateral side of the flange part on the insert fitting part 4 side and the diameter of the outer peripheral surface of the insert fitting part 4 is made smaller than the inside diameter of an internal thread 11a of the insert, while a crest part 5 of which the diameter is enlarged in the direction of the outside diameter from the outer peripheral surface is formed in the axial direction and, on the other side, the diameter of the crest part 5 is increased toward the base end part side of the insert fitting part 4 from the fore end part thereof. Thereby an external thread is formed from the middle in the axial direction of the crest part, while the insert is fitted by screwing to the insert fitting part.
