PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To increase an injection angle of a nozzle by supporting a head end part of the nozzle to inject abrasive grain on a base by a gyroscopic means and making the nozzle free to conically rotate around the head end part as its center. SOLUTION: A nozzle 30 is connected to a head end of a flexible hose 20, and pressure air flowing in the flexible hose 20 blows out of this nozzle 30. A branch pipe 31 supplies abrasive to the inside of the nozzle nozzle 30. A head end part of the nozzle 30 is hooked on a gyroscopic means J. Attached casting sand, scales, etc., are removed by spraying amixture of the abrasive sand and pressure air on an inwall surface of a pipe opening 71 of a casting 70, especially on its peripheral groove 72 through the nozzle 30. At this time, as it is possible to conically rotate the nozzle 30 with the flexible hose 20 through a rotating plate 13 by driving of a rotation decelerating motor 11, it is possible to direct a direction of the nozzle 30 to the whole of the inwall surface. Consequently, it is possible to remove the casting sand, the scales, etc., on all the surfaces.
