PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a component assembling device capable of performing good component assembling even in the deep side of a deep hole. SOLUTION: A tool table 5 is connected to an air cylinder 3 via a first stay 4, and this tool table 5 is provided with a tool main body 8 for driving a driver bit 10 engaged with a screw as a component to be assembled to assemble the same to a work. On the other hand, a chuck table 11 is provided to be moved integrally with and in a relative relation with the tool table 5, and a chuck unit 20 for holding a screw on the moving route of the driver bit 10 is connected to this chuck table via a second stay 12.
