PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To lower height of a structure and improve rigidity by providing a machine stand with a C-shaped cross section and guiding a broach table with a side guide of the machine stand. SOLUTION: A machine stand 2 is formed as a large and heavy frame having a C-shaped cross section including two side walls 3, 4 and a rear wall 5 connecting with the side walls 3, 4. A broach tool mounting table 6 is removably mounted to the rear wall 5. A highly stable broach table 10 vertically movable is provided for the machine stand 2, the broach table 10 includes cut outs 11, 12 engaging with guide rails 13, 14 formed on the side surfaces of the machine stand 2. In a broach cutting work, the broach table 10 is lifted up vertically along a tool by means of operation of pressure cylinders 18, 19.
