SOLUTION: In a tip clamping structure for a cutting tool including a holder 1 and a clamping member 3 for fixing a tip 2 to a mount 12 at the end of the holder 1 with a fastener 5, a thrusting face 9 for thrusting the tip 2 on its inner face and a tapered supporting face 14a tapered upward to the outside to contact the lower face of the tip 2 are formed on one side of the mount 12 and a tapered thrusting face tapered downward to the outside to thrust the upper face of the tip 2 is formed on the lower face of the clamping member 3.
