PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To eliminate generation of harmful gas at the time of incinerating by opposing and laminating a thin film forming surface of a polyethylene terephthalate film formed with an inorganic compound-deposited thin film or metal compound deposited thin film and a nylon surface of a co-extruded film made of a nylon and a sealant layer. SOLUTION: The packaging material 1 is constituted by laminating a deposited thin film forming surface of a polyethylene terephthalate film(PET) 11 formed with an inorganic compound deposited thin film or a metal compound deposited thin film 12 and a nylon surface of a co-extruded film 17 obtained by adhering a nylon 14 to a sealant layer 15 via an adhesive polyolefin resin 16 via an adhesive layer 18. As the inorganic compound for forming the film 12, silicon oxide, titanium oxide of the like is used. As the metal compound, aluminum oxide, magnesium oxide, tin oxide or the like is used. Thus, a piercing strength and gas barrier properties are improved. Even in the case of burning, harmful gas such as chlorine gas, dioxin or the like is not generated.
