<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cutter wheel which is capable of putting a deep score to a material to be cut, allows the easy cracking by bending and makes it possible to obtain a 90 deg. cut surface. SOLUTION: The disk-shaped cutter wheel 1 formed with a blade edge 2 at its outer peripheral edge is provided with a mounting hole 3 penetrating at the axial center and this mounting hole 3 is formed as an irregular shaped hole, by which vibration is generated as a result of the presence of step parts generated between the respective inner peripheral edges of the irregular shaped hole when the cutter wheel 1 moves rotationally. The blade edge is deeply bitten into a glass sheet by this vibration and a deep and smooth score may be formed in this glass sheet. As a result, the easy cracking of the scored glass sheet by bending is made possible and the 90 deg. cut surface may be obtd.</p> |
