PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for producing a textile fiber-processing part capable of producing a cylindrical fine toothed comb or a circular comb tooth capable of being used for a brushing machine, etc., for a long time in a simpler process compared with usual processes. SOLUTION: This part for processing textile fibers is produced with holding a linear member or linear member part by a dies cutting process, and hardening the whole for increasing strength of a saw-tooth part, deburring by an electrochemical processing, preliminarily forming to bent with corresponding to the outside curvature of a cylindrical or a circular comb tooth holding member, carrying out a surface hardening treatment and successively fixing on a ring- shaped or a circular comb-tooth holding member. |
