PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method to remove loosening of an easily maneuverable operation wire for endoscope without enlarging the size of an operation part. SOLUTION: In a loosening removal work for an operation wire 39, a first process to remove a holding part casing 15 from an operation part, a second process to remove a guide member 54 from an exposed part of the operation part after the holding part casing 15 is removed, and a third process to remove the loosening of the operation wire 39 at the connection part of the operation wire 39 and a curved operation mechanism 17 are provided.
