PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To lower a cost by reducing the working cost, etc., of parts at the time of manufacturing. SOLUTION: In a fixing block 2 for constituting a valve body, a synthetic- resin-made connecting member 5 is externally formed on an aluminum-alloy- made block 4, and a choke 8 is formed on the connecting member 5. The main body 11 of a solenoid valve 3 is formed of the synthetic resin of a kind same as that of the connecting member 5 to fix the solenoid valve 3 to the fixing block 2 by vibrationally welding the connecting member 5 and the main body 11. Consequently the working cost of the block 2 can be reduced, and also members needed to fix the solenoid valve 3 can be eliminated.
