PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a thermal spraying device checking such a situation that a thermal spraying material is sprayed on a cut part, and capable of improving the production efficiency. SOLUTION: An activated carbon fiber cloth 12 is carried to a table 20 by a prescribed length by a driving roller mechanism 36a on the feeding side and a driving roller mechanism 36b on the drawing side, and when wire 80 is fed by the length corresponding to the sheet width by a reel 76 on the winding side in a masking mechanism 16, case bodies 72a and 72b are lowered by a cylinder 70a, and the wire 80 is abutted on the surface of the activated carbon fiber cloth 12. A thermal spraying material is sprayed on the activated carbon fiber cloth 12 from a nozzle 118 in a spraying mechanism 17 and is thermally spraying thereon excluding the place abutted with the wire 80.
