PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a processor which can lighten a load applied to a drive source and is suitable for speeding up operation as to equipment for perforating a web for packaging, etc. SOLUTION: A long parcel paper P is fed toward the packaging section of a packaging machine through a supply line 6. Perforating equipment 20 is provided with a perforation cutter 30 extending transversely along the parcel paper P and a cutter receive roller 40. The cutter receive roller 40 can travel on the edge of the perforation cutter 30 by the running of a timing belt 24. The movement of the cutter receive roller 40, rolling on a knife part 42 during the process through the parcel paper P, forms perforation on the parcel paper P.
