PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To swim a carp streamer body even if there is no wind. SOLUTION: Four air bladders 5A, 5B, 5C, 5D are arranged in series at a fixed interval in the longitudinal direction of a barrel body of a carp streamer body 1 in a cavity 3 of the carp streamer body 1. A swing device 16 is attached between the air bladders 5B and 5C, namely, in substantially central part of the barrel body of the carp streamer body 1 to swing a rear half part of the barrel body in the directions of front and rear shown in the Fig. by the device 16.
