CART FOR MOBILE FROST-PREVENTING FAN FOR USE ON SLOPING GROUND

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cart for a mobile frost-preventing fan for use on sloping ground designed to solve such a problem that the conventional frost-preventing fan unit incorporated with frame cannot be expected to e.g. send air toward a cutting plane of tea plant or in a predetermined direction or precisely conduct an air blast suitable for the weather condition of a tea garden to resultantly exert no frost-preventing effect to an expected degree and moreover tends to violently fall down on e.g. sloping or uneven ground. SOLUTION: This cart comprises: a rotating means 7 formed on a pivot joint between a foot section and a traverse section; a frame 1 with a supporting means 8 on a pivot joint between the traverse section and a base 9; a frost- preventing fan 10 mounted on the frame via the base 9; and a driving means acting on the fan 10, which results in ensuring an air blast to cover a measure of nearly horizontal distance, attaining a frost-preventing effect and enabling each foot of the frame 1 to vertically stand in e.g. sloping ground.
