PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make an apparatus compact and easy to carry with by moving the image-forming apparatus comprising a capsule in which a color material is sealed and a thermal head on a sheet, selectively heating, pressuring a capsule layer, emitting the color material inside a wall film of the image-forming apparatus and forming an image on the sheet. SOLUTION: An image-forming apparatus 100 has a control part 120 for controlling a driving circuit 121 inside a body 110 to drive and let a thermal head 30 generate heat. A supporting base 35 for the thermal head 30 having heat-generating elements 31-33 at a leading end part is set to the body 110. Coil springs 36-38 of different spring constants are installed between the supporting base 35 and the body 110 to be opposite to the elements 31-33. When a leading end of the body 110 is butted in touch with a sheet the body presses with a pressure necessary for breaking a capsule film. The elements 31-33 are driven by pressing a heat generation switch 50. A chargeable secondary battery 125 is stored in the body 110 to drive the head 30. The battery is set separately if necessary, and connected by a cable when used. |
