SEAT WITH BUILT-IN AIR BAG

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a seat with a built-in air bag which can avoid the break of a cover member by the lid of an air bag module at the spreading time of the air bag and in which the air bag can exhibit the normal spreading performance. SOLUTION: The air bag storing part of the cover member 25 for covering a seat back 22 is constituted by sewing a seat back main stuff 25a with a side gusset stuff 25b together. An air bag module 30 is provided with a case 31 for storing an air bag 32 and inflator 33. This case 31 is provided with a case main body 31a fixed on the seat back frame 23 side and a lid 31b provided to the case main body 31a openably/closably. An extension part 46 extending to the frontside so as to cover this corner 45 is provided on the corner part 45 near the gas spouting port of the front part of the lid 31b.
