PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a sun visor body from dislocation from the arm of a sun visor body during development of an air bag body. SOLUTION: An arm 58 is inserted in the bearing part 57A of a case 57 made of a metal disposed on the body 56 side of a sun visor 54 and a frame 64 formed of a metallic wire is joined with the frame coupling part 57B of the case 57. The arm 58 is formed of a round bar made of resin and an E-ring 68 is fitted in an annular groove formed in an outer peripheral part. A U-shaped notch 70 is formed in the portion of a case 57 opposing to the annular groove of the arm 58 and when the case 57 is moved in a slip-off direction against the arm 58, the end face of the notch 70 of the case 57 is brought into contact with the end face of the E-ring 68, and the case 57 is prevented from slipoff from the arm 58.
