PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To seal the gas flow passage in the connection part of a buckle with a tongue easily and surely and eliminate the hurt of durability by the friction at the time of attaching and detaching. SOLUTION: An engagingly locking member 21, piston 22 and cover member 23 are provided on the outlet opening of a gas passage 20 in a buckle housing 14. When the gas G is emitted from an inflator, the piston 22 is jumped up and entered to a cylindrical member 29 provided in inlet opening of the gas passge 28 in a tongue hosing 24 and the piston 22 and cylindrical member 29 are sealed. The cover member 23 is moved and the gas passgage 20 in the buckle housing 24 is communicated with the gas passage 28 in the tongue housing 24 through the hollow part (gas flow passage) in the piston 22.
