PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To bear a floor face member in the floor space adjacent to a beam chipped section of a partially chipped floor beam in building unit, etc., so as to construct a floor face. SOLUTION: In a floor structure of a building unit 40, an auxiliary tie beam 48 is laid on a middle part of a floor beam 12 located at one side for catching a beam chipped section 43 of a partially chipped floor beam 42 and on a middle part of a floor beam 45 located at the other side in the shape of a cross to connect and a floor face member is borne on the auxiliary floor beam 49 and auxiliary tie beam 48.
